The room we stayed in had a nice garden view and was well-equipped with a minibar and a laptop, the location was amazing, really close to major historical sites like the Hippodrome, Hagia Sophia, and the Topkapi and Dolmabahce Palaces.

Great location just a pleasant stroll away from a historic mosque. And just 10 min walking to city centre. Booked an exceptionally clean and huge room with garden view and minibar, for instance.

The room had its own bathroom, double bed, central heating, laptop-size safe, and a TV with multiple channels; the breakfast was delicious and enjoyable.

The blue mosque, topkapi palace/museum and grand bazaar were all within east walking distance. The room, overlooked by the blue mosque was clean, well furbished and comfortable. Our luggage was portered both on our arrival and departure.
Chairs scraping on the marble floor at breakfast which were very noisy - we recommended to management that rubber tips be fitted. Fresh orange juice was extra cost - should be standard on any hotel menu.

Marvellous and fantastic location, and meals were splendid!!!
All the staff was courteous and we had an efficient check in. The room itself was spotless with drinking water and garden view plus 20euro extra. We ate a wonderful breakfast in the restaurant.

The personel were friendly and reliable and very becoming. The hotel was situated in an extremly fine location in the historical part of Istanbul. My room was nicely designed and well kept.
Construction was still going on outside the hotel. Breakfast seemed very locally adapted (a matter of taste I suppose, but for me there were not many appealing items).

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and in a hard to beat location.
My card was debited with an amount before I arrived and was only re- credited after bringing to the attention of the Manager- check your cards for un-authorised transactions. Staff didn't clean room one day and we were forced to use towels which had been flung on floor the following day

Good wlan, charming room design, good location
Poor breakfast buffet - omelette, fresh orange juice, good coffee etc was highly charged extra, for a new hotel very bad mattresses, room 307 extremely small, bad smelling vent in bathroom, room 307 heard every step from the roof terrace, twice hot water in shower available only after complaint, late check-out on a Monday at 2pm was not made possible although hotel was obviously not fully booked, by far bad value for money in that area
